Everything is double-boxed and insured. Most pieces leave the studio within two working days.

If something arrives broken
Send a photo of the piece and the box within seven days. We refund it in full, including shipping. You don’t need to send it back.
Returns
You can return any unused piece within 30 days. Pack it the way it arrived and we’ll refund the price of the piece once it’s back with us. Return shipping is paid by you unless the piece was faulty.
Glaze variation
Every piece is photographed as it is, and the photo is the actual piece. Screens show colour differently, so if a glaze isn’t what you expected, that counts as a reason to return it.
